What's a good CPU-only benchmarking program?

Does anyone know a good benchmarking program to test just the cpu? I know prime95 is popular, but it's really just a stability test, not performance. If anybody has a favorite program for this please share it.

one that is EXTREMELY good for benchmarking (at least testing thereotical performance) is SiSoft Sandra. Another one that i used to use all the time was a benchmarking tool that would come with Norton Systemworks. Not quite as indepth and detailed, but it would provided a decent benchmark and compare yours to other similarly set up system.
