What chips do these use?

Was just wonderin what chips these modules use. Thinkin about buyin em.

I'v heard the TCCD's aren't really all that great on non A64 systems, would like to find some decent ch-5/ch-6....or hold the laughs

They are TCCD. Rule of thumb is if they are 222-5 they're TCCD. See link:

Now how are these chips supposed to be in a non A64 system? I'v seen people getting hight fsb with those systems but I'm not running one yet, I'm shootin for the 250 range stable. I have found some ch-5 at a few retailers, should I opt for that instead?

I honestly don't know for sure. The BH5 are pretty legendary, but take a lot of juice to do their thing. My hunch would be to go with the BH5, but honestly I'm guessing and I wouldn't want you to go on my guess as I've been wrong too much on my own purchases. Why not try posting a thread on the dfi board? Good luck.

just get the TCCD ram your board can put about 3.3V into the ram thats plenty for TCCD ram

i wouldnt go above 3.0V with TCCD ram tho
