ive recently reformatted my system and installed a raptor drive i bought off ebay in new condition.
for the past two days i had no problems whatsoever... now it wont boot at all. Sometimes, at the SATA controller screen, it will scan for a hard drive for minutes, and then other times it will go to the screen with numerous settings and says "Verifying DMI information......."
this is as far as my computer boots before crashing... any ideas?
I can tell you right now, I installed SP2 (slipstreamed onto my oem cd), i have ms office installed, nero 6, winrar, windows media player 10, and trillian 3 installed (thats just about it)
