i'm currently running Kingston Value Ram that WILL NOT run stable over 200 fsb. This is what is available at my local store. I just want to run stable over 200 fsb, like 225 or so. Wich would you choose? 2 is the most expensive ($500 cnd) and 4 is the least ($350 cnd).

the Kingston KHX3200ULK2/1G is TCCD, would the OCZ still be better?

for your goals no the kingston will do fine. the ocz might have better upgrade path but hopefully when you upgrade ram will be cheaper.
