Factory Memory Timings??

Does anyone know the factory memory timings for?
Kingston Value Ram PC 2700
KVR333X64C25/256
I am currently running 8-3-3-2.5
at 200Mhz/400DDR
I have checked the Kingston web site but couldn't find.

Kingston ValueRAM is usually at 2.5-3-3-7.

I think it is 2,5-3-3-8... @166, 2.6v. Had 2x256 of those.

EDIT: I'm not 100% sure, maybe RJARRRPCGP is right.

Thanks, my motherboard Shuttle, AN35N Ultra had 7-3-3-2.5 in light blue before I changed timings but I didn't know if that was factory timings, must have been.

It does appear that the PC3200 version possibly has a higher factory tRAS value than the PC2100 and PC2700 versions. (8 or higher)


Also, Kingston ValueRAM PC3200 DDR SDRAM may be rebadged PC2700!
