msi k8n neo2 plat
3200winchester
gskill 512x2 LE

lol i will in a bit. I posted, and almooooost booted at 300x9 but it failed on windows, now trying 300x8, and..nvm random reboot at windows, i dont think it likes 300fsb...im gonna try 295x9

edit: no luck, now trying 290x9

edit: YES 290X9 WORKED!!, im in windows! priming now!

Try 2.5-3-4-10 and see if that will work. Did you try to add just a bit of voltage? Sometimes these sticks will respond to just a slight bump up (maybe 2.75-2.8). They should be running closer to rated timings at 280, but those timings aren't bad at all, but i think they could get better. Have you Memtest'ed them?

It's not bad, but those are really not even close to par for that ram. You should be able to run 2.5-3-3-7 @ 275 mhz period. The norm for that ram is about 2.5-3-3-5 until about 300 mhz.

Some people prefer tras of 10 over anything on AMD's.

rah, im having some problems with my mobo. It works, but im not allowed to plug anything in if its on. It will just crash. Im currently posting, and booting at 2.5-3-3-10 at 285x9.
