MP3 buying help plz

Well i think i wanabuy a mp3 player
now i would love to buy a rio or ipod or zen micro...
but the rio isant ant www.ncix.com and the ipod andzen are $$$

i have for shure 170$ and should have 220$
but i dont know that much about all these mp3 players....
all i know is this is what i do want:
i want it able to use songs that i have on my pc already (see im canadian and leggally canadians can DL tunes for therownpersonal use so i dont want somthing that has some sort of built in copy right junk.
i want no less than 256mb
i dont givea hoot about voice recording ,fm am and all that.
all i want is a player that has at least 256mb and it playes good music it shouldnt skip when i walk lol and what about when the head phones break?
can i upgrade them?

this thing looks nice and small and simple but mabey its ro simple? it seems the sound wouldsuck on that thing and itjust seems abit cheezzzy

but i dontknow any thing about it and the next one seems very goodotherthan the headphones.

this also looks like a very nice one
the only problim is that in the review link on the website is saidthe player is very good andall but the earphones suck and the ear plug jack is small so they think you wont be ableto get any headphes to fit it...
whats the point of a greatplayers with no head phones?

As for mp3 players, I would go with the Creative Muvo that you linked to from ATIC and intend to buy at NCIX. Very nice player, no software needed to transfer, which is a bonus :)
