Just a quick question--> Is 2.8v for the RAM a little too much?
whats the deal with it?
thanks

2.8 is a modest overvolt for most ram. Any overvolting creates risk, but 2.8 is a pretty small one. Looking at your sig, you need more ram as 128 in this day and age is running on empty. The prices have gone down in the last 6 weeks. You may want to look into it.

128??? i see 768.
anyway, overvolting is relative from type of ram to type of ram. BH-5 can take 3.6+ volts easily, TCCD shouldnt go over 2.9. im guessing your ram is older, and most older ram can take more volts (afaik), so that 2.8 is fine.

ok thanks guys..and yea i was kinda confused about the 128mb ram bit?
lol with 128mb ram...wow nothing would run haha
