Limited Life-time warranty? It's probably the life-time of a fly. Sounds like a snake oil salesmen to me. Their return policy probably is, "If you return the unused portion of our product , we'll return the unused portion of your money."
Seriously, don't trust generic ram and you should know the reputation of a vendor before doing busness with them.
