If it was $200 less I'd be all over it. Not enough of an 'upgrade' from my existing 25ms 21.3" to matter.

PIP is a nice touch though, and I'll probably end up with one of these someday as my next logical upgrade path.

yeah....this is gonna be had for well under a grand quite easily.
Dell will probably have a 20-25% coupon for this within the next 2 weeks. I'm starting to save up for this and should have 1g in a month and when I do it's mine! I'll pair it up with a 2001fp....ahhh the sweetness.

Oh, also keep an eye out for personal reviews, hopefully this one won't have the backlighting issues the 2005 did/does

*EDIT* just noticed coming in march....the coupons will be out probably 1-2 weeks after it's available. (just my speculation)

$1200 + 25% = $900

Not a very impressive viewing angle though, especially due to the fact that its larger; you'll want an even HIGHER viewing angle, not a lower one.

Not that that will deter me too much. Heheh.

I was thinking the same thing, but not initially. They won't HAVE to, these will sell well the first few weeks. Coupons are usually reserved as incentives for existing/older stock.

www.ExtremeTech.com has the first review (quite favorable) of this brand new display. A good read, though not as thorough as LCD reviews from Anand or Tom's.
