i decided to go ahead and boost my 1.4 from 1.53 to 1.6 and it is still working great. before it would crash. i did nothing different, but wait a few days from the day i bought it. what should i do to test the stability? i ran sandra cpu benchmark 20 times in a row, and ran the cpu at 100% for a full 10min or so, with no problems. anything else i should try? my temp at full load was 52c.
Run 3dmark 2000, 2001 and prime 95.

never mind......i was running 3dmark2001, for the second time, and about 2/3 way through it crashed. so i am back to 1.53ghz. what can i do to get up to 1.6?
Probably more cpu voltage but you might need better cooling.
I run at 1550mhz 155x10 and have to use 2.0v to get mine stable if I want 1600 but the added heat really isnt worth the 50mhz to me.

that's pretty good
well basically if u wanna know if ur pc is stable then as Placid has sed u should run programs like 3DMark 2000, 2001, and u should also play some games like UT and if it hangs afta a while then it'z not that stable
