I downloaded it but dont understand the workings of it.I can run it but it only last about 5 secs,can anybody give me a crash course in what to do or run on it?
 
Its pretty simple...it makes the CPU/Memory do some major calculations...and if your system can not complete a min. of a 1MB calculation...then the system is unstable...
