I'm building a new amd 1.2. I'm only right now going to use a ARX fan/heatsink (the one rated for the 1.3) I was wondering what else you guys recommend for me to put in my case. maybe my cpu?

ARX? Never heard of it. I would recommend any of the following heatsinks:

Thermalright SK-6
Gladiator
Vantec CCK-6035D
Alaska Silver Mountain
Swiftech MC462-A Rev1
