my download speed is an awesome 1200 kb/s :D but my upload speed is south of 200kb/s :( .is that why im getting pings upwards of 370 and getting kicked?

Nope, what are you using USB or ethernet? to connect your modem to your pc.

And there is your problem switch to ethernet and your ping will lower, I had the same problem, used to get kicked out of sof everytime until I switched.
