I have read through some websites about which potentiometer or resistor to use when doing the voltage mod to pin 7.
30 K OHM it should be but It doesnt tell the wattage.
I bought a 30 K OHM 0.5 wattage today but I havenīt manage to increase the vcore. It doesnt affect the Vcore at all.
Is it possible that my wattage is to high?

Another question.
My cpu (1000 mhz axia) is now running at 1500 mhz 1.92 Vcore.
39 C Idle and 43 C Load. Taisol with Delta.
If I increase the Vcore to 2.0 or maybe 2.05 V and the cpu to 1600 I guess the temp will rise to 43 C idle and 47-48 C load. Is this safe numbers when having such high voltage?

Well... generally I'd say that if you're under 2.1 Vcore, the max you should go is what your cooling can handle. I like to keep my load temps under 47 C generally... I have an SK6. Which Taisol HSF do you have? The copper-based one?
Be careful when aircooling a voltmodded board... it's really easy to overpower your cooling.
