Firefox -cashed webpages

How can I keep firefox from caching webpages? or a webpage in piticular,

ncix.com forum caches pages like crazy sometimes it takes 5 or 10 minutes to see the lasted posts because of the cashe,

Tools > Options > Privacy > Cache > change to "Use up to 0 KB of disk space for the cache"

Does that work for you?

isnt caching supposed to speed up browsing? i think the hdd spits out data faster than an internet connection...
