connecting the l7's will get the default voltage up to 1.85v just like with the durons. it depends on your mobo if you can go higher han 1.85v. booting with a default of 1.85v does not mean that you can raise it even more in your bios.

I should be able to, my default is 1.75 and i can go up 0.10 to 1.85. If i conect L7 to be able to boot at 1.85 default when i go in BIOS and give it another 0.10 it should be at 1.95. Correct?,

I'm not sure exactly how the 8KHA works, but if the settings are for +/- default, setting the default higher would allow a higher max voltage in theory, yes....

but too bad......the theory is wrong....it doesnt work....

one day i was thinking of the same thing so i went to try it but no luck....it just booted at 1.85v when i set the vcore to +0.1v

i think the +0.1v applies to default voltage
