Comp died. Need help!

I turned off my computer last night, and this afternoon restarted it. I have a raptor 36 gig hd and a 80 gig sata. They are hooked up to a sata card on my 8rda+ mobo. It wont recognize the disks at all. What should I do? I tried recovering the disks from the Windows CD, but it says the disk isn't there to be repaired.

Try clearing the CMOS. Do the drives show up in the bios?

Cleared Cmos. And yes, the drives do show up in BIOS. Now I don't know if they show up as drives that have data on it, or just blank drives. Any other advice?
