Program to monitor temps and stability?

Which program is good to use for monitoring temps on my cpu and mobo? I use a DFI LanPary NF3 250Gb mobo. Also I need a program to monitor stability on my rig. Any suggestions?

They stopped coming up with updates last year, but I still use Motherboard Monitor (http://mbm.livewiredev.com/).
