Is there a way to add extra fans to laptops?
My laptop gets way to hot and if I have it flat on a table for more than an hour it locks up.

I have the original HSF from my G force 2 gts. I think it would be a big help.

I've already cut a hole to give the stock fan more room to get rid of hot air.

"I love my dremmel" it looks real good, I'll send some pix later after I do a few more mods:)

The only thig I can think of is to raise it off of the table/ surface, you've got it on, and get a fan to move some air underneath it. Please tell me you're running at stock speed, and haven't OC'ed it, it's locking up, and this is why your asking...

Just for fun, why not cut holes in the table and blast air though it from underneath =))

I have an older Dell laptop that gets real hot after about 10 min. I just stuck a small CPU fan in it, It helped by about 8 deg. C.
