I need help on deciding memory. And I am not sure if both of these are Tccd. First off ill tell you the part of my new build.

For the motherboard is the Abit AN8 Nforce4 board. Either regular or Fatality.

The CPU will be the A64 winchester 3200 retail(bestbet for newer week...newgg or zipzoomfly?)

Now the main reason for this thread which ram should i get?

CORSAIR XMS, Xtra-Low Latency 2-2-2-5, 184-Pin 1GB(512MBx2) DDR PC-3200, Model TWINX1024-3200XLPRO $274

or

Mushkin Hi Perf LII V2 Dual Pack 184-Pin 1GB(512MB x 2) DDR PC-3200 w/ Heatspreader $223
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=20-146-355&depa=1

Are both of these tccd? Is corsair worth the extra money? Is there any other ram that i should consider?

thanks for the help in advance

I don't know who has the more current stock of cpu, and I think it's just a matter of luck. Newegg is probably a higher volume dealer if that helps. However both of those sticks of ram you linked are tccd. So is this one and it's a tad cheaper.

Newegg has it and with shipping it's about the same price.
If you wnt the best consider these:

Good luck.
