Just really want to be sure...

Can the files in C:\Documents and Settings\yourname\Local Settings\Temp be deleted safely?

I realize the Temporary Internet file folder (inside the temp folder) and teh content.IE.5 folder themselves has to stay, but can everything else be canned?

Just cleaning up a bit.
