Commands for wolenstein

Ok I put my 633 celeron in and it booted just fine this time. So what are the commands for showing your Frame rate and such because everytime I try timedemo I get cheat protected.?????? Ummm someone know what that is?

/cg_drawfps 1 = fps display on
/cg_drawfps 0 = fps display off
