Lots of odd things happening to my comp!

Here is a list of what my problems are...

1. Everytime windows loads i get a "CLI.exe debugging error"
2. My cd-rom drive is nto seeable in my desktop and wont load any disks... I reinstalled but it says the driver is bad, but i didnt have any driver to give..
3. If i add my other rom drive to my ide and cd-rom drive, the bios startup is almost dead slow, and windows wont boot.
4. I cannot install drivers if my cd-rom wont work!!

This sucks!

Specs are

Raptor 74
Msi neo platinum
samsung cd-rom/rw/dvd combo
winchester 3000+ @2600
x800xtpe
windows xp home
etc.

oh yeah... it was running fine for a month, and now all hell is breaking lose!

Did you try a different IDE cable? A bad one can really make life suck.

If you have internet access try updating your video drivers (that's what CLI.exe is part of...).
