Hit the locale junk yard and grab a heater core out of a foriegn car most are all copper and work very well and for alot less money. most can be had for 5-10$.

I think i do have one of those for cooling! keeps my car's engine nice and kool ;)

J/K , yea like Autolectrician said you can go to a junk yard grab a transmission heater core, some of them are pretty small (enough to feet in your case)and you can same your self some money, then just get your self 1 or 2 120mms fans and that's it ;)
