yeah i know i asked this before but i have a celeron 700mhz (10.5*66). I overclocked it to 788mhz (75*10.5) all at 1.70 volts and the temp is a 32 degress celcius when i dont do nothing and its around 43 degress when i open and close folders and around 50 when i play something like quake 3 or diablo 2. I want more out of the processor so i tried 83*10.5 but no it wount boot to even let me see what video card i got, it wount boot at all period. So i bumped up the voltage to 1.80 volts and nothing.
So i tried 100mhz fsb but the same thing happenes. I have no idea what heatsink or fan i got (sorry) and its a stepping 6 cpu. Is there anyting i can do? please help me!!!!!!:(

You have thermal paste on, right?

And you can make sure the HS is attached properly.

Thats all I can think of right now. :)

Ya, make sure your HS is level.

what does that have to do with not being able to switch the fsb speed? Is it because the cpu gets too hot before i can even restart?
thanks
