Samsung 434 chips, what do we know about them?

I just recieved my 6600gt today. Its a Leadtek. It is a revision A card. The RAM on it says:

Samsung 434
k4j553230f-gc20

Is this GDDR3 RAM? I read the box and it dosent say GDDR3 it just says the Memory Controller is GDDR3 compatable. Should I expect to OC the card alright?

pretty sure its ddr2. they are 2 ns chips (ddr 1000) used in alot of 6800 setups..
