New Turtle Beach card won't allow shutdown

Card works great. Windows won't shut down or restart. Got to be an ACPI conflict. Thought I'd stop here since Turtle Beach.com had zilch.

No problems here with my Turtle Beach Santa Cruz,and WinXP.
