I was sitting there thining about the airflow in my case, I thought it was kind of silly to have the "fresh" air coming in the front of the comp where nothing is really that warm anyway. I reversed the flow in my case to bring the cool air in the back where the proc and stuff are, when I fired it up my temps had gone down by more than 4'C!!!! I know it's not much, but I am excited.

if that drop is on the CPU be sure it is very satisfactory. nice shot!

You'd probabally get even lower temps by having an intake fan near the cpu either on the side of the case or the front, I have one up in the 3" bays pointing directly at the cpu fan.
Where you have it is obviously working, but it may be pulling some air in from the psu exhaust, leave it running for a while and see if there is a very gradual increase in temp.

That sounds like a good idea did you reverse the PSU fan too??????

Don't use the buses, First manchester suck.

I wouldn't reverse the psu fan as this would blow warm psu air into the case

no you should leave the power supply fans exhausting, the one on the bottom should suck air into the psu and the one on the back should blow it out.

yeh, keep your fan in the psu the right way around, this way the air only curculates around that small bit and you do not get lots of warm air in your case

What I did was glued a piece of plastic right under the psu fan as the intake fan is right under it. I made a little funnel to shoot the warm air upward so it won't go back into the case. I ran P95 for over an hour and my max temp is now 38'C down from 44'C. Now for the real surprise........I am getting these temps with a........get ready..........Coolermaster!!!!!!! My system temp is 26'C now as compared with 30'C that it was before I did this. Just so everyone knows I am taking temps with a Radioshack digital thermometer, not the in socket one. YEEEEE HAAAAAA!!!!

Thats very kool man <when I reversed the air flow my temps went up 1°C I tried this about 1 month ago  .

Where is you PC resting I have mine under a computer desk in a room @81°F or for you metric players 27.2°C. I'm guessing you have your case on top of a desk or on the floor out in the open? What your room temperature?

I have the comp up on a wireframe desk so it has alot of open area around it. My room temp is usually about 25'C or so.
I am runnig P95 now and the temp is at 37'C after a half hour, I am going to do a couple of more things to make sure that the hot air doesnt get recycled into the case.
