i need to know how to subtract 10 degrees from the temp MBM5 is displayng because i have read that the ic7 read temps wrong by 10-13 degrees.

does mbm5 read high
i was thinking this myself because my mb says its 32* idle and mbm5 tracks it at 42*
i have the asus sk8v motherboard the asus star ice and a fx-51

MBM just reads the on board mobo sensor just like any other program. Where are you reading the mobo temp from? Are you sure its not northbridge temps?

yes im sure that its reading the cpu. btw what is the power/aux temp? mbm 5 is reading somehitng like that and its 31 degrees.
