So what do I do if I wanna start playing around with this card?? Should the stock heatsink fan be replaced?? Can I overclock with it as is to a point??
Those using who have replaced the heatsink fan, would love to heasr from you, or should I just leave good enough alone? I am looking for a simple newbie way to improve, nothing that could involve screwing my card up cause I can't afford another LOL

Cisco,
Here is a good thread that discussed cooling down your gpu (http://forums.overclockers.ws/vb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=35853)
I'll be honest with you, I was a devout ATI user until I couldn't fix a wavy issue with the Radeon 64 vivo I bought, ATI makes great products but there was no solution and was incompatible with my monitor. (actually tried two Radeons and every driver and ATI even tried sending me unreleased beta drivers to no avail)
Anyway the Radeon Chipset runs a whole heluva lot cooler that a Nvidea or Voodoo chipset, I suggest you just buy a Blue Orb for your Radeon, I've seen them as low as $6.99 Just lap the Blue orbs base as they are notorious for having a non flat base.
If you decide you want a Rackmount IU heatsink (which is overkill for a Radeon, but sure looks sweet) the link above mentions the Alpha pal15u mod and the AOC heatsink.
If you PM me I can suggest a very cool mod for your radeon if you plan on keeping it awhile.
PS if you need a Radeon or overclocking driver visit Pinky's Linky's:Here: (http://speshalk.dyndns.org:18012/programs/)
