hey guy

if you have windows 64 bit(and the processor)
beta will you please tell me if you are seeing any proformance difference between 32 bit windows and 64

if so what differences are you seeing?

and what problems ? driver issues?

I didn't really see any substantial performance increases with XP-64. I did notice it uses up a lot more ram than xp-32.

Drivers, are still hard to find for some devices. For the most part, you can find beta's for xp-64 but not everyone has drivers out for it yet.

I second that. not a big deal, if you ask me. nVidia doesn't have 64 bit drivers with SLI support, and thats the only reason I'm not running it right now.

My advise? Get it and install it on a second partition. That way if something happens to your 32 bit version, you can go into the 64 bit version and fix the problem. Hey, its not everyday you get an M$ OS (or anything M$) for free!
