half life 1108 bug.

anyone know whats up? there seems to be various bugs with 1108....the most important being that i get kicked after being connected to a server for under 1 minute.....some kinda overflowing error. funny thing is, it works fine if i use software rendering....so it must be video related(how video and networking could affect each other, i dont know).

anyone else having the problem? anyone know how to fix it? id hate to have to uninstall then reinstall everything back to 1107 or 1106.

the font is kinda blurry in the game

counterstrike or half life both the same

and the game cuts me off at after around 15 min of playing
i don't know if it's the server or me but this happens

The only bug I've noticed is that if you change teams in CounterStrike at a certain time, you can still see your teammates, and hear their voice communication.

For instance, if you're on CTs, and you change to T's at a certain time (I'm trying to figure out the exact time to do it--what a tactical advantage!), you can still see CTs on the radar, and hear them voice chatting.

I know it's not just me, I had switched teams, and a guy on the team I WAS on said he heard me talking. Wierd, huh?

ive had **** loads of problems with the damn 1.1.0.8 patch i had to REinstall my damn half life and update it...took me a long time...i got the stupid ati fix and it DID NOTHING i installed it were it was supposed to go...anyways do i just take the .dll file out of the ati fix and just replace it with the same .dll file in my HALF LIFE directory or do i replace it with ALL the same dll files in dod, counter strike etc...

never mind...i got it fixed strangley enough...i reinstalled half life...and my dod...and the ati went to the right place eheheheheh now to game till i puke :D
