Can a 64bit pci card fit in a 32bit slot

I would say no. the 64 bit pci card are longer than regular pci. Look for pictures of Gigabyte k8nxp 64, that board has 64 bit pci slots
 
for some reason I remembering seeing they do, I know this question has been asked many times, but I can't find it.
 
Now don't quote me on this but I think 33 MHz 64-bit cards will fit into normal 32-bit slots while 66 mhz cards will not. again though I'm not completely sure
