Welcome to the forums.

I hit 1 GHz with my AMCA Duron 700 on my KT7A Raid... it took voltage modding the mobo though. I needed to pump 2.03V through that chip to get it there w/o problems. Otherwise, I connected the L7's before I had my volt mod and that got me just a little extra voltage which bought me 970 MHz (1.93v). Your 750 will probably have similar results.

What cooling are you using? If you're having problems, fill us in on some more of your system specs...

KT7A R...I've had both a 750 and 850 Duron running at 1000 and 1020 respectively. No voltage mod here. 1.85vcore and 3.5 VIO. Running the 750 @ 7.5x133..also unlocked but I usually leave the 7.5 mult. alone. Using an FOP38 for cooling.

i agree with above post

cooling is everything

i had my dead duron 750 running at 990 with my a7v and 1.85v

that was cooled down with a fop32 with ys-tech fan

the duron can run at 1ghz but it would crash after around 5 hours so i cant stand it and backed down to 990

i think it's something to do with my board as i cant go over 990 with my duron 600 too

it's just so strange

I can get mine to run at 1000mhz @ a Vcore of 1.85. But after a while it becomes unstable.Mainly due to heat I believe. I need to lap my HSF and reaply my ASII. I also recently updated my bios to the latest 1007. It did drop my cpu temps around 7c or so. Probobly in software only but you never know it may help to get it stable at 1ghz.
I'll try it again when I get time.

I have hit 1GHz with my Durion 600. I needed 1.87 volts. My psu supplies .2 volts more then normal!

1 ghz, with default volt. (1.85) idle at 33, load at 47. but I only ran Prime for about 2 hours, so I don't know if it's stable or not. Max payne , 3dmark are fine.

Hi, I just hit 1022 MHz two hours ago with my duron 700 (7x146MHz, still locked), running seti stable since then. I had to raise Vcore to 1.95V and Vmem to 2.7V, and played with the mem. settings until I got 1G stable (been crashing while loading windows). My timings right now are 16,8,6,2,5,2,2 on a PC2100 Samsung stick. The water cooler is made from a recycled heatsink and a heater core.
