are you quite sure you want that? i'm assuming it's for water cooling applications.
the iwaki MD20rzt has a max of 14.2psi

Does not exist. You will at least need a 120v AC motor. Most likely the only thing you can find with that much head will be in three phase.

I would check for the pumps designed for RVs and boats fresh water systems. I have seen some in the 40psi range and would guess you could find higher.
I can remember Cathar saying a while back that 15psi or so was enough to make the radiator leak, or something of that nature; I'll see if I can find it.
Edit: My mistake, 26PSI

Why are you looking for such a high PSI ?

I found what I was looking for
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=50068&item=4529714379&rd=1
is sold in 60psi and even 100psi versions on some websites, however I think I will just be using a car windshield washer pump for my project.
thanks for the quick responses

that tip helped thankyou, got some more wheels spinning in my brain
I would not use a pump wiith that preassure in a w/c rig,,The head is only 12 feet and ya sure could be looking for leaks using that ..

"Does not exist." They do exist ! just not at all Cheap, for continuos duty go to your local Marine shop and they'll most likely have one, Impellers are more expensive then membrain ones.
For an injector system I belive it would be more effective to use a Air pressurized water tank you can then get 100+psi water pressures @ No cost penalties ! Air compressores are far cheaper then a 100psi 12V pump, that'll draw HUGE Amperage!

Ok, but what I would like to know is how many amps they draw. I would bet good money that you would need another power supply just to run it.

I thought I would throw you that link. That company sells the Split Edge water block. While browsing their site once I noticed those water injection systems.

most heavy duety 12V pumps that aproach that PSI get up to 5 -6 A & have a wet jacket cooling, I've seen some that even wind copper tubing in WITH the coil and bleed off some of the water they're pumping to help cool them selfs, naterualy they're desined to be powered by the electrical system in a boat / car / heavy machine. They'll burn away small wire faster then you can blink and run less then an houre off a car batery without the engin running. when the barge was sinking we brought in a couple due to the bilg pumps poping out like firecrackers. they screem like a wind storm too and the vibration *Blink* I have no idea where to get them other then talking to the merine store, any good one can get you some, but expect to pay 400++++ for it, as I said they exist just not at all cheap !

Just curious: What exactly are you going to do with it?
And just in case you didn't think of it, I would bet that the pressure is sufficient to make just about every waterblock on the market either leak or just break up. If you do plan of pumping that thing into a waterblock with one of those plastic tops, I would suggest replacing the top with copper and brazing it on.

Somebodys is going to be putting down some serious power. Atleast those are the plans that I think Im going to see. Don't forget to put ice in the res.
What car by the way?

He is going to be spraying his intercooler with it. Cool the intercooler with a spray of ice water, cool the charge, make more HP. Its simple really.
He can do that with a simple water induction system as well. That combines a cooling of the fuel as it is introduced into each cylinder...

I am actually going to use it on my 84 Turbo diesel to "steam clean" the inside of the combustion chamber since I will be running it on waste veggie oil which might produce some carbon deposits... and for more power
and then I will put one on my 89 Shelby daytona 2.2l Turbo Intercooled 250whp right now car :)

We had a catalog of tons more at camp mate, I know what I'm talking about please do not Assum, and to manage to make that kind of error on would have to be increadibly incompitant so I find your statment an insualting to my experiance & knowladge of industrial pumps.
Only error I made was the amperage it is MUCH higher 8 - xxAmps
