RMAing a video card to ATI, do I need a courier?

Hey everyone, my friend has to RMA his video card back to ATI, he has the RMA number already, but ATI's site says to use a courier service...basically, I don't even know what this means, I figured that just sending it by USPS would be alright, but the site says most mail services don't have a courier option. Would he just have to use UPS or Fedex or something? Thanks!

Just so you know, I got an RMA number from ATI sent them my card 3day FedEX day 4 I had a new card at my door
