Why do i still skip frames?

Okay, u can see my hardware in the sig, its not the FASTEST...but its up there.....i dled the alexander trailer from www.wmvhd.com and tested it out on WMP10. I have all the lastest drivers installed, and i also use the latest Kazaa Lite Mega Codec pack.

when viewing statistics, i still skip like 100 frames total (when im not running any other apps). Does anyone know why?

man nice setup...i really have no idea except crammed messy HDD's (defragment if you don't) or viruses and spyware...(run a virus scan and use spybot s&d and ad-aware).
ither then that you should get supersmooth frames...
maybe MP10 is ****ed up?
try an alternative proggy and see if that is indeed the problem.

Do you have vertical sync enabled?...this will help compenstate for the frame rate refreash rate vs. the monitors refreash rate...which can cause loss of frames if both refreash rates are not the same...
