P4-m

Hi, my first post on here i think. Didnt know where else to go so. I'm looking at some laptops. Its down between a P4-m 2.8ghz 512 L2 cache and a celery-m 1.3 ghz 1MB L2 cache. Well i have been hunting down some specs, reviews on the P4-m and I cant find any. How good are they at power consumption(lack there of). Also, anything else on this cpu's would be appreciated.
