Hi guys,
Seem to be having a problem with my Creative 12X DVD and my LG 52X burner in that they seem to stop working after a period of time after boot. I'm fairly sure it was because I had harddrives set to sleep after an hour, so I've set the power down to never, now, and I'm hoping they won't freeze up again. This is on win98Se with a GA7-VRX mobo. Is there anything I can do to cure the problem? Because I'd rather have unused drives sleeping when unused, if they will wake up nicely again.
