Im getting frustrated! Ok, here goes. My PC Specs are below.

Im running at 57C at idle and 60-62 at load. These temps are according to Asus Probe. Im pretty sure this is high?

Ive had the following HSF (temps are in idle stage)

Thermaltake Volcano 2 - Quiet, Ran at 65C
Thermaltake Volcano 3 - Quiter, Rat at 65C
Global-Win WBK38 - LOUD, ran at 59
(Current) Thermoengine - Decent Sound Level, Runs at 57C

How can I decrease my CPU temp without having it sound like I have an Air Conditioner in my room? please help, ANY help would be appreciated!

what is your case airflow?

you need atleast 100cfm of airflow in a AMD case

Well, the front of my case has, two decent sized fans (sorry, I really dont know much about cooling, this is why im here) and I have a CoolStor Fan just below my CD-RW. My P/S Sucks out air from above the CPU and there is another case fan right next to the CPU aswell. I figure this would be enough. Any other suggestions? please!

Whats the mobo?

I use an A7A266, which reports teps about 10 degrees higher than they really should be. I started getting worried when I had a Tasiol and delta not getting idle temps below 57 degrees =))
