video in and out

i need a video card just for the purpose of in and out video.

any good cheap cards for this you guys have come across or is there another way then a card.

Grab a ATI Rage Fury Pro 32 TV out video in. Check newegg.com or pricewatch. think you can get for 60-70 US and I consider that cheap. 2d quality will be very good and fairly decent card in a main or second system if you are not gaming alot.

Office Depot has the VIVO Rage Fury Pro for 49.99 now (regular price). I picked one up on monday, still debating on whether or not to keep it for a folding box.

It has the aforementioned video in and video out, as well as having awesome 2D quality... perfect for a secondary box....
