This ram's voltage is 2.6V stock. Do you guys think (or know) whether 2.85 voltage would be safe. Obviously I just wanna try it to see if it gives me more MHZ or maybe better timmings.

not sure....... I've heard the non-utt stuff is lousy overclockers......

up the voltage in very small steps and test it with memtest. My UTT needed 3.1V to do something good, so that non UTT might not even be able to run 2 2 2 5 at 2.85V

far as I know the non-utt stuff will not run at Cas 2.0 no matter how much voltage you use.....

Ya.. I'm aware of it not reaching CAS2, but it might OC better...

ur fine as long as the sticks dont become too hot and as long as its memtest errorfree

m8 has some and has run 3v through it, think he got to ~ 225 2,2,2,x iirc with it memtest stable... need to get him to confirm when he's online later though...

This linked review is for the SP with the Powerchip ICs, just like you have. It will at least give you an idea of what to expect.

This one is a comparison of several brands, including the TwinMOS.

By the way, some people have asked whether or not this ram comes in dual-packs. Although newegg does not carry the dual-packs, it is sold in dual-packs in some markets.

With proper cooling and voltage im running the non-speed premiums at 2-2-2-10 1T at 228 mhz on a 166/200 divider running mine at 3.3 volts via a OCZ DDR booster ...oh and these are on a brainpower PCB
