I can do either 146x11.5 or 140x12 using Auto mem timings. What should I go with, and can I massage the mem timings to give me more?

Sandra 146x11.5
There is a very active thread on this at the MEMORY part of the forums. Move this there;)

I am so sorry, This is the first time I've posted in the wrong place, ever. I'llask a mod to move it..
What motherboard are you using?
I am using a 8K7A and timings of 16-8-8-2-8-2.5-2 they are good for gettting a high fsb but if you want a higher sandra score but a lower fsb then 8-8-8-2-6-2-2.

I haven't gotten a response over in the "memory" section, Placid would you take a look at these, I've got more settings than you mentioned:
I am including some of my AGP settings here as well, but mostly the mem stuff from the BIOS:
SDRAM ECC SETTING ?
SUPER BYPASS MODE ?
SDRAM PH LIMIT ?
SDRAM IDLE LIMIT ?
SDRAM TRC TIMING VALUE ?
SDRAM TRP TIMING VALUE ?
SDRAM TRAS TIMING VALUE ?
SDRAM CAS LATENCY ?
SDRAM TRCD TIMING VALUE ?
AGP STUFF------------------------
AGP APERTURE SIZE ?
AGP ISA ALIASING ?
AGP SECONDARY LAT TIMER ?
AGP FAST WRITE ?
AGP DATA TRANSFER MODE ?
AGP ALWAYS COMPENSATE ?
-----------------------------------------------
I have an epox 8k7a, with a 256mb stick of ddr/ 2 40gig HDD running in raid 0/ Visiontek GF3/
I am looking for the settings that will allow the highest FSB. Right now I can reach either 146x11.5 or 140x12, but the cpu will boot higher. I just need better Bios settings.
Thanks in advance!
The agp settings depend somewhat on the type of video card you use. Most of the settings the deffaults are fine and make little difference. The agp fast write if enabled will cause problems with high fsb overclocking.
AGP APERTURE SIZE=128
AGP ISA ALIASING=Disabled
AGP SECONDARY LAT TIMER=20h
AGP FAST WRITE=Disabled
AGP DATA TRANSFER MODE=4x
AGP ALWAYS COMPENSATE=Enabled
