hardware review website

I am not sure if this belongs here but I want to start a hardware review site. I am tired of looking high and low for a good review of products I am looking to buy. I want to review things as little as a dvd media to as big as I can get my hands on. I was wondering where I should start with my ventures? How should I set it up?

Also is there anyone that is interested in helping with this project?
