Heck yeah. Played the demo 7 times already, loving it. Versus mode looks entertaining, wish it was included.

I'm really looking forward to it, can't wait. It looks graphically awesome and there are a ton of new features added. The MP Beta was a lot of fun, and I think the Co-op missions are going to be great too.

In playing the demo, I remembered I hate Splinter Cell. Do 1 thing wrong, and you're dead, and you get to restart the level! Woohoo!

What about the music guys? THE MUSIC!!
The soundtrack by Amon Tobin is amazing. Dark, Stirring, beautiful....its the perfect soundtrack for a spy movie and it gets you moving. I just saw him live last night and the show was mindblowing so I have to blab him a little bit. Best game soundtrack since Homeworld im tellin ya.
The game is also really fun although it chugs on my system. Anybody else have this probem?
I really can't wait for this game. I played the other two to death (although Pandora Tomorrow was a little disappointing, it was still very good) and I'm really looking forward to this game.
I just hope my hardware will be able to make it look like that :)
i was gonna start a thread about this demo and Swat 4, but i figured it must have already been posted. I love this game. Swat 4 looks pretty good too.
yeah i have heard that Swat 4 demo is also out but darn i can't find a good fast link for it .. would appretiate help on that ..
i guess SC is not for everyone .. if ya have lil intrest towards covert ops than ya would simply get invovled with the game .. yeah not for our usual hit and run fps junkies .. i love it .. coz it takes me time to play and finish :) i rather try to clear a level without killing anyone than going gun blazzing hehehe

The torrent there is faster than the direct download.
I'll be sure to try it out. BTW, Bunny said something about it:
'Splinter Cell: Carrot Theory'

thanks for the links for me http links are working better on this one than torrent
I just finished the demo, and I must say I'm impressed. It's got the same tight gameplay, nice graphics and interesting story.
I also really like the addition of the stats screen at the end of the level, to let you know how well or poorly you did, and also that you can complete different bonus objectives that they don't tell you about.
Its the shinyest splinter cell yet!!

Yeah I was about to bring it up, major graphics overhaul. Beta Multiplayer is pretty cool, of course it takes a lot of practice. Single Player was fun too! Nothing like the light house toss haha

Who plays with music on?
First thing I do is turn off all music on any game..
You think a swat team hears music when they sashe around the back?

Damn right! Do you really want your iPod to start blaring the theme to Rocky just as you step up to slash some guy's throat? I didn't think so.
I leave the music on. It adds to the atmopshere and to the overall game expearnce. But thats just me.

With out the music the game is incomplete. The developers put it in there for a reason. Music just adds to the overal creativity of the final product. Imagine Pulp Fiction without music. Sucks, huh?
I dont think to myself "OMG!!! I cant have music distracting because im on a swat team and im trying to kill the dirty scumbag terrorists!!!"
Besides, the music in Chaos Theory is really rockin.
well depending on the game i decide on the music in tactical shooters i always turn off the music .. not that they doesnt give a unique atmoshphere feeling just because when ever something is going to happen music changes ( most of the times ) and it totally destroys the "surprise" aspect of the game ...
in general racing games , adventure, RPG i rather listen to some music or run mp3 in background hehe
playing swat4 demo ain't that bad but after playin SC:CT demo its kinda not upto the part but nonetheless for a person who digs tactical shooters it would be a nice addition to my library :)

It chugs on mine too... AND I LOVE THE MUSIC...
I just played the demo today, after having it for quite some time...
I like it, and I can't wait...
I wonder what other features there will be with the full verson...

I liked the first one quite a bit, but I got bored with Pandora and quit half way through. If this one has pretty much the same linear-style gameplay then I'm not interested.
