How much of a difference in cooling does an aluminum case make?

I was looking at aluminum cases, and they claime to be able to keep temps. cooler since aluminum cools better than steel. Those of you out there that have aluminum cases, does it make a good difference?:confused:

They are good, can keep you 10-15C lower than other cases, look for reviews on main page, or tom's
