That was an anomaly of the forums back when the mobo the forums were running on broke. There were not 993 members online. There were 993 members online during the one extreemly long second that the clock was stuck on (several hours if memory serves).

I'm guessing if we did have that many on here at one time the site would probably come to a crawl??? Not a good thing if that's the case.

Maybe, though from what I have seen so far. These servers can take a lot. I am not sure there bandiwth limit though or how fast they are so I am probaly wrong.
