Ultra Company power supplies????

I have never heard of this company, but they are offering a combo over at tigerdirect. The have a spiffy black case w/ a 500 watt PSU. Now im really buying it for the case, but there includeing the PSU, and i have no clue if its worth useing it on the desktop, quality wise. Anyway heres the link to the combo,

Well, just saw they require you to purchase over 300$ of merchandise with the case, so ill be looking elsewhere.

thats exactly the the setup i've got other than, my psu has 1 120mm fan w/blue leds and is the chrome color, and my case is the same other than mines blue, has 1 92mm fan hole in the back, and has one of the 3.5 drive bay mounts (holds 4 3.5 drives)
