Prob with Nvidia driver and refresh rate

With my ATI My Setting of 85hz was really 85hz. When i used Vsync on a game, It would be 85fps. Ive set Refresh to 85 everywhere i Have a setting With the Nvidia driver, And have even set the Games config to maxfps to 300(Thats what i use when no Vsync)

I Turned on Vsync In driver and In game, And Im stuck at A fixed refresh of 60. This is saying to me, That my Monitor really isnt set to 85. I was wondering why the motion sickness feeling with the new nvidia.

HOW do i fix this refresh rate problem. I Looked in rivatuner and that says 85, But It Just isnt 85.

ANY help would be great.

TY I found refresh lock and All is well. This program you posted says the problem was fixed in The 52.?? and up drivers, But for some reason(Im useing the 71.25 with a 6800) The refresh rate says 85 in everything, But was defaulting to 60 in game. Kind of weird eah? I Downloaded RefreshLock and it works great.
